The quality assurance is a team effort at each & every stage i.e. right from purchase of quality materials namely steel, zinc and sockets, and accurate manufacturing process & methods, workmanship at shop floor level. On line process controls in the production line and independent testing and analysis in laboratory ensures desired performance of the product. The company has maintained complete facilities to achieve highest level of quality, in addition to appointing competent man power for quality control on the shop floor as well as in laboratory. The process controls have been defined and adhered to at each level. The quality control laboratory is equipped with latest machinery and testing instruments which are caliberated periodically.

The production process control as well as rigid laboratory analysis is conducted as per different standards specification. The product is accepted for standard marking only after the same passes the required tests as per relevant standard.
